How do I place an order?+
Choose your items on the Order page, enter your pickup or delivery details, and submit the request. Your order is saved in our system and WhatsApp opens with the order details ready to send.
Do you offer pickup?+
Yes. Pickup is available in Frederick, Maryland near ZIP code 21704. Pickup details can be confirmed with your order.
Do you offer delivery?+
Yes. Local delivery is available up to 30 miles from the 21704 area. Delivery starts at $5 for up to 5 miles, with an additional $5 for each additional 5-mile distance band.
Can I order a custom birthday or wedding cake?+
Yes. Add a custom cake request from the Order page and include your event date, servings, flavor, theme, colors and inspiration. Custom cakes are quoted based on the requirements.
How much notice should I give for an order?+
Royal Bitez desserts are made to order. Preparation time varies by item and design, so ordering as early as possible is recommended—especially for custom cakes and event orders.
Are the prices shown online final?+
Fixed-price desserts use the prices shown on the Order page. Custom birthday cakes and wedding cakes require a personalized quotation based on size, design and other requirements.
Can I choose flavors or customize my desserts?+
Available flavor choices are shown on the Order page. For custom designs, event colors or special requests, include the details with your order and continue the conversation with us on WhatsApp.
